Suggest Treatment For Testicular Pain And Leakage Of Semen In Urine
hi,
i am 25 years old, i started menstruating at 11, i did not knew wat was that, i saw someone doing it and tryed doing it, later it became a habit,
once i i went to collage i stoped doing it, never done that therafter. i have noticed my testicals are small. they r realy small, it dose not show wen am in underwears.
resently i tryed having sex but i ejected as soon as i took my penies out, next time on seeing the vegina... could not even have a penitration.. i have wet dreams offen...some times semen comes with the urine.. and if anything hits the testicals even lightly it pains a lot... plz help me sir... tell me wat to do.. should i take any medicen, plz priscribe me any medicen.... also iam having fungus around that area and i apllyd ring gaurd, its gose but again comes.. am too shy to talk about this to any one.... plz help me....

1.Its not called menstruating ( only a female thing) - its called maturity / puberty ( when you start releasing sperms).
2.It looks like you need to get a psychiatry counselling, and a doppler study of the penile shaft - that will help to find the cause of the erectile disfunction.
3.Releasing / night falls are common feature when you are not in relation ship or releasing out.
4.Get an ultrasound examination done an evaluate the condition of the testis and adjeceg structures.
5.Please do not hesitate to get treated, travel to different city if you have that problem. As with out evaluation no one can help you.
