Suggest Treatment For Testicular Pain

I developed sudden pain in my left testicle earlier today. It came out of nowhere and has been hurting since, it basically feels like I have been kicked in the crotch, but it's only my left testicle. Any amount of pressure, even that from my boxer briefs and shorts, hurts. Every part of my testicle hurts and there is swelling on the left side. The right testicle does not hurt at even when pressure is applied or it is squeezed. I had a vasectomy in October 2013. I am 29 years old.
