Suggest Treatment For Testicular Pain
My semen usually shoot out when I ejaculate but tonight it just dribbled out and was creamier. This morning I ejaculated and it shot out like normal. I also noticed that my left testicle felt soar after I got out of the car (then I noticed the problem with my ejaculations). I didn t feel anything strange during or before the drive which lasted 20 minutes. What could be happening?

You may have epididymitis--infection of the back of the testicle.
Have a doctor examine you since you may need a course of antibiotics
