Suggest Treatment For Testicular Pain

Hello i am just wondering. My right testicle has just randomly started to feel as its been kicked but its hasn t, its bareable pain but hurts when its touched or when i squeeze to pee. What could be wrong and should i go anywhere or what should i do?

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Dull pain in testicles can be due to varicocele. If you are getting this very often then better to get it checked by a general surgeon or urologist. If it is that then surgical correction will be needed. Varicocelectomy is usually performed for this. Other possibility is infection or epdydimitis. In that case antibiotic therapy will be helpful.
