General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It could be infection and inflammation of testis or testicular torsion. Colour doppler of the scrotum will confirm the diagnosis. You should consult a surgeon / urologist and get investigated. It is an emergency.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hari Charan Perigela, General Surgeon
