Hello
I share your concern
Looking at your description this could be due to STI, UTI or testis disorder like epididymorchitis or varicocoele

I see patients with similarcomplaints on my clinic and I will help you out in best possible way

I would advise you for urine culture test, semen analysis and a colour doppler of testis
You can take ibuprofen for pain relief and wear scrotal support for few days

Meanwhile maintain good hygiene
Have multivitamin and minerals supplements
thanks and regards
