Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi,
The investigations suggest that you testes is not functioning properly.
I need to know few additional data - Is your testicles small in size, is this blood tests repeated on a different day- morning sample, are you able to produce semen.
In my practice what I do is do a repeat hormonal test (LH, FSH, Testosterone) in the morning. If it is still showing high LH, FSH the chance of fertility is through testicular biopsy - sperm extraction and IVF. I think you should consult an infertility specialist immediately

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help

With warm regards,
Dr Ajish TP (MD,DM)
