Suggest Treatment For Tetanus Along With Crackling Sound In The Ear

hello Doctor, I have been suffering from tinnitus from past 8 years. Somehow I managed to live this problem but from past few months it has increased and also there is chokiness in my ear along with crackling sound more prominent in left ear. Please suggest as I am going insane with this problem

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to wax impaction if you have not examined your ear then get it done and if this is unremarkable then you need to get done the CT of brain, but most of the time this could be due to some functional condition, (You have not mentioned your age and gender else something more specific could have been thoughts ) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
