Suggest Treatment For The Big Indent On Chest Area

hello, there is a big indent in my chest area, ive just read that it might be something called Pectis Excavatum? or something.. i am 16 my weight is about 120 lbs, and im around 5''10 and i was wondering if i could make it ''normal'' by working out cewrtain muscle groups or something?

I can understand your concern.
Yes, that indentation on chest wall can be due to pectus excavatum.
It is actually developmental defect of rib cage.
Most common cause for this is calcium and vitamin D3 deficiency.
So get done calcium and vitamin D3 levels and if deficiency then you may need supplements.
Actually surgery is very difficult in such cases.
Surgery is indicated only If you have any symptoms like cough, breathlessness, recurrent chest infection etc.
If you are not having any of these symptoms then no surgery is needed.
Exercise or muscle strengthening will not be helpful in this.
Better to consult orthopedic doctor and discuss all these.
