Suggest Treatment For The Black Spots On The Face

Hello Dr. I have dark spots on my cheeks . My dr. Has suggested me melaglow cream , sun mate 30 , piano din tx 2 tablets daily and isopil 5 1 tablet. This is for 2 months only. I have gone through this and now stopped. However there is no difference. From last few days , I have got the feeling that using too much medicines might have worsen my skin. Therefore I have stopped all medicines, sun screen . I am just washing my face with plain water 2-3 times and using Nivea moisturiser . Is this correct to stop sunscreen. Have been using sunscreen for more than 3-4 years . I live in uk now and here from few years. Not sure but got pigmentation problem here only. Please help Jeet

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have a generalized facial pigmentation and you should take a combination of topical depigmentation creams and certain chairside techniques to resolve the symptoms..
You can start washing your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
You can also apply Vitamin E and C containing gels..
You should also apply Azaelic acid creams..
You should exfoliate your skin twice a week..
You should limit sun exposure and always apply sunscreen lotion when you are exposed to sun.
You should take Vitamin C supplements..
You can go for treatments like Microdermabrasion, photofacial and chemical peeling..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
