Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I understand from your description that you are having pigmentation and dark patches on your cheeks.
I would consider the diagnosis of melasma.
Please use a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 and above every 3-4 hours.
At bedtime, apply a cream containing 2% Kojic acid and vitamin C on the patches for 2-3 months.
You could also consider oral Glutathione tablets which has a strong anti oxidant action.
You could also get chemical peels like Glycolic acid peels done by a dermatologist.
Have a healthy diet rich in anti oxidants (fruits and vegetables).
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
