General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There is gross bulging of intervertebral disc with impending nerve root compression. If you are symptomatic with pain or numbness you can opt steroid injection which will provide long term pain relief. As of now, continue physiotherapy.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
