Based on your
semen analysis report, it suggests the following:
1.
Sperm count of 31 millions is less compared to normal.
2. Volume with 2.5 ml is fine.
3. Motility with 20% is on the extremely lower side.
4. RBCs with 1 to 2 is normal.
5. Pus cells with 20 to 25 are suggesting the presence of infection.
Also, on comparison with the previous report, it tells that motility and sperm count has decreased.
It would be ideal for you to
consult Urologist with the report for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
You would require a course of appropriate antibiotics to treat infection along with medications to provide adequate nutrients for improvement in sperm count and motility.
Kindly take proper treatment and repeat semen analysis after 3 months to look for the improvement.
