Suggest Treatment For The Itching Spots On My Back

Hi. I have a mole like spot on my back that has recently become itchy and i caught it this morning and it started bleeding. I went to the doctor who said that it's not a mole (because it's not brown/black) and she thinks it could be infected. The thing is, it's been there all my life so it can't just be a spot can it?

I really appreciate your concern in my opinion right now this lesion should be managed according to the clinical complain if this is infective then in my opinion antibiotic should be stated to eradicate the infection and the best option is Tab Azithromycin 500 mg once in day for three days, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
