Suggest Treatment For The Pain In The Buttock Region Due To Protruding Disc At L4-L5

Hi, I am 38 yrs old, male, have a protruding disc at L4-L5 which is causing significant pain in upper right buttock region and in right leg. I get through the day, the problem is sleeping. what is the best position to sleep in. I wake up every 1.5 hrs in excrutiating pain and can only sleep for about 1.5-2 hrs at a time. Any suggestions?
