Suggest Treatment For The Pain In The Upper Limb

hi doctor.i have a unusual problem.from past 2 months i m in continuous pain in my left upper limb.i think it has involved some of my muscles.sometimes i do feel yhat I may loose my weight bearing capacity.tell me taking any muscle relaxant with a pain killer will be suitable?
