Suggest Treatment For The Pain On Broken Knuckle

Hello! I am 35years old. About two to three years ago I broke my knuckle. At the time I did not realize I had a broken knuckle. Now, three years later as my hand got stronger my broken knuckle starts giving me trouble. When I move my little finger my tendon flicks on top of the broken knuckle and it is quite painful. will they rebreak it and fix it for me?
