Suggest Treatment For The Red Bump On My Scrotum

I have a small light pink bump on the bottom part of my scrotum. It showed up acouple days ago, there is no other bump around it. it has a small white dot on the top of the bump... what could the possibly be? what do we think this is? And what should I do with it?
