Suggest Treatment For The Severe And Constant Pain In Sciatica

My friend has been to the e.r. the family doc a chiropracter and a massage therapist to be treated for sciatica for about a week now and she is getting absolutley no pain relief. None of her pain meds(vicoden,percoset,and flexerall) seem to be helping. She is in constant severe pain. We have tried icing and epsolm salt baths and stretching to no avail. Any suggestions to ease her pa swin and what type of meds would you recommend?
