my husband had an accident at work over 9 months ago he had to wait six months for an mri scan and we have just found out that he has slipped his discs. he hasnt had his appointment with his nerosurgeon yet but im just wondering if he would be able to claim disability living allowence he is already getting industrail injury benefit and employment and support allowence
