Suggest Treatment For The Sprained Wrist Causes Pain And Swelling

i hurt my wrist on thurday. I have went to patient first and they told me its just sprained. I went to doctor and they said it was just sprained. Than today i just went to an orthapedic and they said we dont know because sometimes it could not show up for a while because its a minor break. IM in a splint right now. But im having terrible symptoms like swelling(no bruising) tenderness severe pain popping tingling numbness i cant stand the pain anymore what should i do???
