Suggest Treatment For The Terrible Pain In The Shoulders

i fell almost 2 weeks ago getting into the shower, i hit my side on the tub and also twisted my back. i have terrible pain between my shoulders, it hurts to breathe. if i stand up it feels like my spine is compressing. any ideas of what i should do?
