Suggest Treatment For Thick Uterine Lining

I'm 53yrs no period for 3yrs..thick uterus had d&c found nothing..Its 2months later and another altrsound shows thick lining is back and it showed that I have a bicornuate uterus which I have never been told in 53 yrs even the dr that did the D&C didn't say anything so do you thing he could have missed something because I still have right side pain
