Suggest Treatment For Thick Vaginal Bleeding While On Nuvaring

i have been on nuvaring for a month and i started 5 days later spotting only two spots of blood. today i went to the bathroom and found a glob of what looks like thick bloody chicken skin coming out of me i am freakin out and i cant go to my gyno and i dont want to run to the er unless i have too. i also have been cramping and feel pressure for weeks
