Suggest Treatment For Thick Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Discomfort

For about a month now I have had this fluttering feeling below my stomach and above my pelvic area. I have taken several pregnancy test and they have all been negative. I have even had an ultra sound done and that was negative as well. When I urinate the smell is strong and there also is a white thick discharge. I am 6' and I weigh about 280 and I am 28 years old. I am currently using the neuva ring for birth control.
