Suggest Treatment For Thinning Of Hair And Blackheads On The Face

Hello I recently began taking biotin as my hair is becoming thinner on top and my nails have been chipping, tearing and breaking. My skin also is paper thin. I ve been taking it about a week now and I am getting blackheads on my face. I am wondering if this is a typical reaction or if I should check with my dermatologist.

Hi,

As per your history please follow:

1) Remove Common triggering factors include hot or cold temperatures, wind, hot drinks, caffeine, exercise, spicy food, alcohol, emotions, topical products that irritate the skin and decrease the barrier, or medications that cause flushing

2) Use sunscreen lotion [PARAMINOL ointment]

3) Use [METROGYL GEL] as topical antibiotics

4) For hair thinning use [Naftifine] 1% cream on scalp

5) Check your thyroid level

Any doubt let me know, I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me. Wishing you all the best.

Thanks,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
