Hi,

You need to get it reviewed by a dermatologist to rule out any local fungal infection or any signs of alopecia areata. Meanwhile using supplements for selenium, zinc, vitamin C and E can be helpful for hair growth. Topical minoxidil is helpful however in higher concentration or dosages can cause side effects related to androgenic effects. In some case protein rich plasma injection in scalp is tried with variable results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
