Suggest Treatment For Thinning Retina

just found out after had OCT test, my left eye have thinning retina. the doc ask me to have another OCT test 4 months later to determine whether need medication or not. what should I do during these times? the condition will getting worse in 4 months time?

you can have reapeat OCTtest after 4month. it will not detoriarate.optical coherancetest is non invasivetake cross seection of retina. cosequences are detachment and macular degenaration, inthis case laser aplication can be done for refixation. it is not requered to be done imidiatly. can be observed for progress.
