Suggest Treatment For This Abdominal Ultrasound Report

hello doctor, i m 42 yrs of age and have 2 children. last time i had done USG Abdomen where the result showed that uterus is enlarged in size measuring 12.4cmx5.8cm and showing multiple heterogenous SOLs in fundl anterior and posterior wall of body of uterus,largest measuring 6.2cmx4.3cm. pl advise what are the treatment for it.

hello sir most probably from your report I came to conclude that there are fibroids in uterus to confirm it you should go for f n a c and and accordingly we can give we can give decision f n a c is the test to rule out cancerous lesion.but but if it is a fibroid then also the treatment would be same as a cancerous lesion that is hysterectomy which means taking out uterus
