Hello doctor... M 26...n m suffering from throat infection and fever...I hv taken mdcn bt still no effect....also m having dry throat and itching... M not able yo gulp anythng not even water...pls help....m geting maried on 3rd dec so m more tnsd regrdng ds

This could be upper respiratory infection.
I recommend the following.
1) A course of antibiotics.
2) Analgesics for pain relief.
3) Salt water gargling. Add a pinch of salt to a glass of warm water.
