Suggest Treatment For Throat Infection And Fever

Hi myself freddy I am 24 year old lives in India weight 65 kg height 5 feet 6 inch recently I was playing cricket with my office mens in cricket we use to use anus protector made up of plastic on above my underwear with the help of supporter but that day I used it directly and it might contain sweat or other liquid of the person not blood I saw it there is also no kind of cut on my penis area but I am still worried that I might caught up with HIV and Just next day I caught up with mild throat infection and very little fever which was fine next day but I am still worried that I might be infected with sweat or urine of the person who used it before me I am not able to concentrate anymore on my work very anxious and depressed not even eating my food properly and feeling like that I again going to get a throat infection which making my problem even worse so please tell me my status of health.
