hello sir, i m suffering from throat infection from last 2 days..symptoms are pain,burning sensation,like something is nipping in throat..pain in swallowing something,feverish,weakness in body...and dark yellow-brown cough. i m 28 years old female...and i m also having allergic asthma..

your suffering from acute pharangitis (URI) as there is secondary changes like change in the colour of the sputum suggests that you need to take a course of antibiotic. usually this will resolve in 5 days to 1 week
