Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain After Tonsils Removal
hey,
my brother just had his tonsils out, and he i driving me crazy. he's one of those dumb 'tough boy' types and because of that he's pissed that it hurts but he won't take the pain medication because he "doesn't need" it. he keeps up all night long with his wimpering. what can i do to help him?
he is 19, 6'3", about 200 pounds (mostly muscle),

hello, thanks for ur query, it's rediculous that he is not taking medication for post tonsillectomy wound. it could be a cause for secondary bleeding which will be an emergency secondary to infection. take him to same surgeon for strict instructions as bleeding or infection will not depand on toughness. all d best. take care.
