Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain Along With Swollen Lymph Nodes

Hi, I'm on my 12th day of penicillin antibiotics for tonsillitis. After 3 days the White spots on my tonsils disappeared & I felt better. Then the other tonsil became infected 2 days later. I initially had 10 days of antibiotics but still had an infection so have an extra 5 days. I still have aches, swollen glands and sore throat. Today some mouth ulcers have appeared on my tongue. Please help, Ive felt ill for over 2 weeks now am getting worried. Thanks

USE HOT SALINE GARGLES THRICE A DAY.
COUGH LOGENGES THRICE A DAY .
TOO MUCH ANTIBIOTOICS ARE HARMFUL.
CONSULT E N T SURGEON FOR FUNGAL INFECTION OF THROAT.
YOU CAN APPLY CLOTRIMAZLE THROAT PAINT LOCALLY.
