Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain And Dizziness

hi i yesterday woke up with a sore throat, back aches, weak, dizzy at times, sharp migranes, nausea, and my throat looks red on the sides but the thing that hangs down is white i dont know if it is supposed to be that way, i havent gone to the doctor but i have used halls breezer cough drops which dont help for long migrane pills laying down in the dark with a cold wrag on my forehead helped the headache and the nausea comes and goes. i havent ate anything except two pieces of toast yesterday at 8 am and a wendys frosty at 6 pm .

Well it is better for you to go the doctor so that he can himself examine your throat but the picture you have described suggests you have pharyngitis. Most of which is viral. However its better to confirm whether its bacterial or not.
Take plenty of fluids and keep yourself from too hot or cold. Take analgesic for headache and a fever pill. And you can also start with an antibiotic like co amoxiclavulanate(augmentin) 625mg twice daily for 3-5 days. But viral does not need them. Your doctor can do a rapid strep test in his office.
