Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain And Swelling
im 25 5 9 185 and ive had trouble swallowing originally thought i had to do with the acid reflux i have that bad but got throat scoped and was told healthy throat but swollen tonsils ive had trouble swallowing for about six months and now the past month is even worse i cant swallow my saliva and my voice is raspy and nose congested but no fever took antibiotics twice in those six months and nothing helped

Hello,
It may be due to tonsillitis.
For that you may require antibiotics azithromycin after ENT consultation.
You may require complete hemogram, throat swab after ENT consultation.
Continue saline or betadine gargles twice a day.
Take hygienic food and water
