Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain And Twitching Nerve Below Shin

Good day doctor, I have this pain in throat..since a week or more now. Its quite a discomfort feeling with pain while swallowing saliva..the nerves below my chin also twitch at times. I have tried salt water gargles...I have also visit a local ent and she found nothing after examination. The doc also suggested some antibiotic but of no use. Please advise what I need to do.
