Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain In A Child

my 5 year old daughter has said her throat hurts for the last 4 days now and her voice sounds different. I looked into her throat last night with a flashlight and found that her tonsils are very swollen, almost touching her uvula and on her tongue there are a bunch of red bumps toward the front half like swollen taste buds.
