Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain

Hiya, I swallowed one of my lip rings a couple days back, and ever since then any time i swallow it feels like something is stabbing me in the throat, when ive looked down my throat i cant see anything, so i dont know if its stuck further down or it s torn my throat at all, advice?
