Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain

i went to a water park yesterday and from today morning, i am having little amount of pain in my throat. pain occurs when i yawn, when i stretch my mouth to open it completely or when i touch that part of my throat. I have my interviews coming and i dont know if it will turn to a bigger problem. Please consult me. Thanks.

Hi,

You may find relief by taking the following medications:

Analgesic with Anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen, Antacid like Rantac.

Do warm saline gargles. Avoid dust. Avoid spicy, oily and cold food.

Do steam inhalation if there is a change in voice. Drink lots of warm fluids.
