Suggest Treatment For Throat Pain

Hello I have throat pain (above adams apple, although I had my tonsils out as a child) when I swallow food or water. It started yesterday afternoon and also this morning for breakfast. No fever, coughing or swelling. I am traveling abroad so not sure what I should do

hello, thanks for ur query, simple throat pain could be pharngitis( pharyngeal inflammation).u can do salt water gargling , take dolo650 mg pain killer twice daily, in persistent case u need to c an ent surgeon for antibiotic course. alld best. take care.
