Suggest Treatment For Throat Soreness And Painful Lymph Nodes

I have had a sore throat since Thursday. I started with a sore throat and painful lymphnodes. I am not sure if I had a fever on Thursday or Friday, the pain on my neck went away but my throat still hurts. no fever now, no white spots on tonsils. I am 36, female, 200lbs

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The pain in the throat and lymphnode can be because of the pharyngitis. The pain in the lymph node is secondary to throat infection. Nothing to be panic, consult a ENT surgeon and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take a course of antibiotics like amoxycillin and metronidazole(if you are not allergic). Do saline gargling.
