Suggest Treatment For Throbbing Chest Pain

Hi I am 30 yrs old, 6 ft 2 in, 275lbs and are stressed at my work frequently. For the last week I've been woken to pain in my chest, just to the left of midline. I describe it as a Sharp, throbbing pain that lasts for a long time.. more than an hour or longer. My left hand was tingling but went away after a few min while chest pain contd. The pain goes to my back and feels somewhat pulsating for a second. The pain is very short but comes on every 20secs or so and lasts for a long time. No Shob, Never tightness or squeezing, just quick Sharp pains that at the same time can be felt in my upper left shoulder girdle area. What is this? No hx of cardiac problem or any whatsoever. Been to ERoom before. Normal at that time. Docs unsure. Thank you for help..
