Suggest Treatment For Throbbing Pain Above The Eye

My 50 pound puppy was jumping up as I was bending down two days ago and we collided, I have a bump above my eye and throbbing pain. There is no visual bruising however the pain is throbbing and not getting better. Is this normalor should I be checked out.
