Suggest Treatment For Throbbing Pain In The Head

i m a 24 yr old female..i ve been having throbbing headache since 4 months..not localized..more when i get up in morn and at night..no visual symptoms...starts mainly around eyes then temporal area n gradually whole head..eye examination normal..no fatigue 2 eyes..got an mri done dat says-small non specific t2w/flair hyperintensity in left centrum ovale?demyelination?..sir may i ask wot could be my problem and is my mri report related 2 headache i have?
