Suggest Treatment For Throbbing Pain On Right Side Of Lower Back

I have a throbbing pain on right side of my lower back . When walking,standing,laying or trying to get up it pains alot feels like muscles pulling together. When I were about thirty I injured my back , last year an xray showed there is arthritis . I am unable to do my normal duties at work

If it showed some bony problems (like arthritis) it needs to be treated properly. You also look like having muscular spasm.

Arthritis causes to weaken the bony skeleton and your vertebrae are involved causing pain.

I suggest you to take Tylenol for pain and apply Bengay Ultra Stretch gel topically on the areas of pain and apply heat after gentle massage.

Physiotherapy is a good option for patients like you. Consider it for rehabilitation.
