Suggest Treatment For Throbbing Sensation In Neck,blurred Vision And Migraine

For the last week I have experienced a throbbing sensation in the left side of my neck which comes and goes in spasms about 1 to 2 minutes apart. I have also experienced pins and needles in my left hand for no apparent reason and this has happened even at rest. There has been some blurred vision over the week and today I have had a migraine that wont go. I don't want to waste anyones time but am slightly concerned. I f age matters also I'm a woman aged 48
