Suggest Treatment For Thyroid Cyst With Calcification

I have thyroid cyst with calcification. Also similar appearing cysts in the inferior aspect of right thyroid lobe. Also hypo echoic lesion in mid aspect of thyroid isthmus. Impression complex cysts in right thyroid lobe and thyroid isthmus. Had the left removed years ago for tumor. What do you think?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I would like to say that if this is the pure cyst with the calcification then the cyst need to be removed surgically this is the best option you have still the treating physician is the best judge and have a word with them, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
