Suggest Treatment For Thyroid Issues

Hi,I am struggling with Thyroid problems since last 6 months due to same my digestion system total unbalanced, feeling pains in chest, Neck & Arms due gases in stomach.Filling like something filled in both upper & down parts of the body, sometimes e-regular urines even sometimes problem of breathing.Please guide with suitable treatments.
