Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have thyroid disease. There are many type of thyroid disease. It can be hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism. So please give me details about that. Please inform me your T3, T4 and TSH level.

You also have epilepsy. For epilepsy there may not be any cause or it can be due to some structural defect or other cause.

You should go for MRI brain once to rule out any structural defect.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
